Our Return Policy
At DAZZ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unused DAZZ product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- All returns are subject to inspection.
- Only items purchased directly from DAZZ, either online at dazz.cool or at DAZZ-owned stores, are eligible for return. Products bought through other retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.
- For DAZZ-owned in-store purchases, products must be returned in the country where they were originally purchased (e.g., items bought in the U.S. cannot be returned in Canada, and vice versa).
- Free Size Exchange: We’re happy to offer free exchanges if the size doesn’t work out. However, if you choose to return an item due to a sizing issue instead of exchanging, a shipping cost will be deducted as a restocking fee. Conditions may apply.
Ineligible Items for Return
- Clearance items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product detail page or at the point of sale
- Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards
- Other exclusions may apply
Refund Process
- Free returns using the prepaid shipping label provided in the return portal (excluding returns for sizing issues that are not exchanged).
- Expect a refund to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days after DAZZ receives your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
