Return Policy

You may return any unused DAZZ product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. All returns are subject to inspection.

Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product detail page or at the point of sale
Gift Cards and Electronic Gift Cards

Return Conditions

Only items purchased directly from DAZZ, either online at dazz.cool or at DAZZ-owned stores, are eligible for return. Products bought through other retailers must be returned according to their respective return policies.

Products must be returned in the country of purchase. For example, items purchased in the U.S. cannot be returned in Canada, and vice versa.

Refund Process

Free returns using the prepaid shipping label DAZZ offers in the return portal.

Expect a full refund for the cost of the merchandise to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 days after DAZZ receives your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Save that box! Reusing original packaging helps maintain the quality of the return item(s) and saves material.
