Our Return & Exchange Policy

At DAZZ, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Eligible unused products may be returned for a refund within 7 calendar days of delivery, or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be new, unused, and unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection.
  • Only products purchased directly from dazz.cool or a DAZZ-owned store are eligible. Products purchased from another retailer must be handled through that retailer.
  • Sale items follow the same 7-day refund and 30-day exchange windows unless they are clearly marked Final Sale before purchase.
  • Gift cards and items clearly marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size Exchanges

If your size does not work, you may request an exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. Products must meet the conditions above.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 7–14 business days after we receive your return for processing. Your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
